, working aboard our iconic Routemaster bus based at our depot in Usk.

About the Role

As a conductor on our vintage London Routemaster, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our guests have a smooth, safe, and memorable journey. You'll be the welcoming face on board, responsible for customer service, passenger safety, and providing assistance throughout the event. Typical journeys include weddings, proms, and corporate functions, so professionalism and a friendly attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming passengers and ensuring their safety throughout the journey Providing excellent customer service and assisting guests with boarding and alighting Coordinating with the driver for smooth operation of the service Helping to manage timing and logistics during events Light cleaning duties and maintaining the presentation of the bus between hires

Requirements:

A positive, customer-focused attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good timekeeping and reliability A full UK driving licence is preferred due to the rural location of our depot Previous experience in hospitality, events, or transport is a plus, but not essential
