In addition to our scheduled tours, we specialise in bespoke private experiences through our
Private Hire
department - creating tailored itineraries utilising our fleet of luxury Mercedes cars and coaches.
If you are organised, detail-oriented and have a keen interest in Scotland, you may be the perfect fit for our Private Hire department! Along with the other Private Hire Itinerary Planners and the Private Hire Manager, you will be working towards booking bespoke tours and transfers, creating personalised itineraries, booking attraction tickets, and accommodation, to help our customers get an outstanding experience in Scotland and the North of England.

Duties
Respond to all email correspondence in a timely manner
Answer phone enquiries
Taking inbound enquiries and converting them into bookings by preparing quotes, building itineraries, and planning the best tours for all passengers
Making outbound calls to agents, accommodation providers, tourist attractions and prospective customers
Booking attractions tickets, accommodation, restaurants, etc
Delivering exceptional customer service and add value to differentiate from competitors
Inviting feedback and follow up where required to improve service delivery
Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure all Private Hire requirements are met
Working closely with team members and marketing to continuously develop and promote customer experiences
Working towards meeting agreed growth targets
Job Skills

Geographical knowledge of Scotland, tourism and attractions
Tourism, event planning, and/or golf industry experience

Working Hours & Days
Schedule: Day shift
Thursday to Monday (negotiable) 8:00-16:30 or 9:00-17:30 Job Type: Full-time, Part-Time (no less than 30hrs/week), Permanent (Please specify what type of contract you are looking for when you apply) Salary: 27,000 pro-rata for first three months of employment, with the potential for pay increase following probation and thereafter, based on performance and regular reviews.
