Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and professional Taxi Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to providing first-class customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and presentable vehicle, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport passengers to their destinations in a timely and courteous manner. Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle, ensuring it is roadworthy and in excellent condition. Deliver a high standard of customer service by communicating clearly and assisting passengers with their needs throughout the journey. Navigate efficiently using knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions, avoiding delays where possible. Adhere to all road traffic laws, regulations, and company policies at all times. Handle cash and card payments accurately and securely.

Skills & Requirements:

Full UK driving licence and appropriate taxi driver badge/licence Excellent communication skills and a polite, professional manner. Good working knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and the use of GPS systems. Strong focus on customer service and passenger safety. Confidence in handling both cash and electronic payments. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
