Job Summary & Purpose:



To provide support for manager selection, due diligence and related Private Credit services To contribute to the development of Albournes Private Credit Initiative.

Accountabilities:



To work in coordination with the Head of the Private Markets Europe and Private Credit IDD Partners to maintain manager review and due diligence focus lists for Private Credit in Europe. To assist with the preparation and updating of clear & concise core.concept and due diligence reports and recommendations to present to clients. Meetings and due diligence may involve site visits, analysis of documentation and performance reviews, together with telephonic or personal reference checks. To assist with the arrangement, support and write up of meetings to evaluate private managers leading to the production of core.concept reports with preliminary gradings on an open door basis. To follow companys best practices in respect to Private Markets and Private Credit due diligence To help ensure HFDB (internal database) is maintained with up to date & current information (including forward calendar) To help ensure client deliverables are prepared, reviewed and sent to clients on a timely and accurate basis. Meet deadlines imposed by management and clients. If circumstances hinder the ability to meet a deadline, analyst is responsible for effectively communicating with management and clients the reasons for delay and timing expectations Work to facilitate knowledge accumulation and transfer within the company including from time to time within a team to research selected topics for the preparation of insightful reports for clients. Provide assistance with the preparation of information for clients and response to ad hoc requests. Participation on internal group calls (weekly PM calls and monthly group calls) to transfer knowledge of PM within the group. Report potential conflicts to compliance and work with compliance to ensure that conflict disclosures appear on written research reports.

Other Requirements:



University graduate or equivalent Strong written communication skills Proactive self-starter, proficient time management and multi-tasking Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills. Systems literacy (excel, ppt, word, Outlook) Travel (frequent) Abide by the PM IDD Group policies and procedures as well as the Albourne Groups policies and procedures including but not limited to IFFM, compliance, and HFDB filing. Comply with terms of Albourne Compliance Manuals Attend company Offsites Regulatory registration
