Private Practice Administrator - Full Time - (40 hours) or Part-Time (Min of 24 hours).
Due to our continued growth, we have a new full time or part-time private practice administrator position within our Resolve Medicolegal Team.

Since 2012, we have been providing the highest quality personal injury and clinical negligence expert medical reports to solicitors in Scotland. We are passionate about what we do, and have over 100 medical experts from all specialities, and a network of over 250 solicitors across the whole of Scotland.
About This Role
This role has a dual focus and depending on the number of days worked we would split the working week between supporting our clinical team and supporting our administration team. For this role it is essential that you have audio typist experience (50-80wpm). For the clinical role you will type medical notes, arrange clinics and upload these into our system including scanning. In addition, you will speak to patients directly, build relationships with our consultants and assist them in the efficient running of their private practice.
For the administration role, duties are diverse and no two days are the same. You will liaise regularly with lawyers, medical experts and the pursuers, both over the phone, by email and in writing. Whether attending meetings, processing expert medical reports or simply following up information, and arranging appointments, you will need to show a sensitive approach at all times.
