Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for education and experience working with children, including those in special education. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized educational support to help students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with students to assess their learning needs and goals
- Create customized tutoring plans to address individual student requirements
- Utilize effective teaching methods to engage students and enhance their understanding of various subjects
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring techniques as needed
- Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance and areas for improvement

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to educate and inspire students to reach their full potential
- Experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with children and special education
- Knowledge of special education techniques and strategies is a plus
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with students facing learning challenges

Pay: 38,000.00-42,000.00 per year
