Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to provide educational support to students of various ages and learning abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, a strong ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role is essential in helping students achieve their academic goals and build confidence in their abilities.

Duties

Deliver one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs. Assess students' learning styles and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Provide assistance in subjects such as mathematics, science, language arts, and special education as required. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians on academic performance. Create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes learning and self-esteem. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress. Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to ensure cohesive support for students.

Requirements

Proven experience working with children in an educational setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents. Experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in subjects relevant to the student's needs. Knowledge of special education practices is highly desirable. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for educating others. A relevant qualification in education or tutoring is preferred but not essential.

Pay: 100.00-130.00 per day
