The National Professional Print Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the company's professional print solutions across all regions. This leadership role oversees the national sales strategy, manages a high-performing salesteam, and builds long-term relationships with key clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, leading teams, and presenting proposals. Strong sales acumen, including the ability to sell complex solutions and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Proven team leadership and management skills, with experience of motivating, training and leveraging team strengths. Advanced negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure contracts and build long-term client relationships. Knowledge of the print industry, production print solutions, print processes, and technology trends would be an advantage. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and performance metrics. Analytical skills to interpret market data, identify new business opportunities, and develop sales strategies accordingly. Customer service orientation, with a focus on maintaining high client satisfaction and retention. Salary: OTE circa 95K plus car allowance

The role includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. The role is accountable for recruiting, training, and mentoring sales staff; managing budgets; and overseeingthe full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.




The manager collaborates closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and client satisfaction. Success in this position is measured by the ability to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base,and maintain strong, productive relationships with large-scale print clients and industry partners.




This senior role suits an experienced results-driven sales leader with proven experience managing sales teams and a strong track record of delivering business growth, ideally in the printing industry.
