My client is recognised for operating one of the most successful and well-established private wealth and probate teams in the Southeast. They are a UK top 100 firm, and Tier 1 ranked for this work, working on behalf of ultra-high net worth individuals and estates.

From day one within this team, your workload will include obtaining details of the deceased\'s assets and liaising with financial advisors, drafting inheritance tax returns/supplementary schedules and liaising with HMRC, grants of probate, letters of administration, overseas administration, updating estate accounts, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for probate-specialist matters and have demonstrable business development skills. This is a great opportunity to have a key impact and make crucial contributions to this growing team. The firm also invests a great deal in its lawyers and operates a transparent progression guide, providing its lawyers with readily available information on clear goals and steps towards promotion and career development.
