Job Introduction We currently have exciting opportunities for Process Controller\'s to join our team in Thetford

• This post is working Days
• The hours of work and shift patterns are: 05.00 - 17.00 OR 06.00 - 18.00, 4on 4off
• The rate of pay is: \xc2\xa312.80 + 10% Night Shift Allowance between 10pm - 6am

The factory is a modern environment with very good working conditions. Many of our staff have progressed their careers through the business with opportunities across many departments. Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all paperwork is correct and accurately completed
• Ensure quality of customer product is in line with customer requirement and resolve any issues
• Ensure the workplace is kept to a high standard of hygiene, health and safety and GMP
• Support the line managers to ensure smooth and safe delivery of the production plan

Other tasks may include using the SAP system; people management; recording of waste, downtime and performance information. The Ideal Candidate Our ideal Process Controller will have:

• Superb organisational skills with the ability to communicate clearly \xe2\x80\x93 both in writing and verbally
• A good attention to detail
• A good standard of spoken and written English.
• The ability to work on own initiative and without supervision
• Comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment
• Enjoys working in a fast paced and busy role
