We're now looking for a Process Coordinator,
?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Provide sustained process control within the assigned operational area by maintaining material flow, productivity and compliance through proactive monitoring, rapid issue resolution and expert operational intervention.
• The Process Controller acts as an embedded operational authority, ensuring stability, resilience and performance under both normal operating conditions and periods of disruption, including short?term resource gaps.
• Accountable for end?to?end process performance within a defined operational area on a shift basis
• Acts as first point of expert escalation for process, system, equipment and flow?related issues
• Provides operational continuity and leadership cover during short?term absence of other Process Controllers and warehouse operative roles
• Maintains productivity, safety and service standards during periods of disruption or reduced support capacity

• Previous Team Leader Experience is essential
