As a Process Engineer, you'll work alongside the adi Projects team to support all aspects of project execution - from concept design through to commissioning and client handover. This is a diverse and customer-facing role offering exposure to multiple industries, technologies, and project types.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
Support client sites through customer-facing engagement and value-added solutions.
Assist in developing engineering and project opportunities from concept to handover.
Contribute to the preparation of technical estimates and pricing for new work.
Liaise with customers to define project parameters such as capacity, efficiency, and product range.
Coordinate with equipment suppliers to ensure technical compliance and accurate cost estimates.
Support and conduct site surveys to clarify client requirements and project scopes.
Undertake process engineering tasks related to scheme development and scope definition.
Assist in planning and managing internal engineering resources assigned to projects.
Support the coordination and management of subcontractor resources involved in project delivery.
About you
We would like to hear from you if you have:
An accredited degree in Chemical Engineering is essential.
Experience gained in a process or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with process simulation tools (e.g. Aspen, HYSYS, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to travel to client sites across the UK with a full UK driving license.
