This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Process Engineer in to join our team in Cwmbran, Wales, UK with Signify.


As the Cwmbran site continues to grow, you will provide process support in all areas of the manufacturing environment.


This hands on role requires a real mix of mechanical, electrical, IT and software skills improving processes from laser engraving, robotic gluing, label automation, 3D printing, databasing & integration with other systems.


This critical and diverse role will require the successful candidate to work with other teams to develop, implement & improve automation and test within the plant to drive yield and efficiency.

Own the day to day TPM for the plant

Support all local test and software applications

Build automation solutions with wider teams that align to with Signify Manufacturing Standards

Facilitate the design and build of manufacturing jigs and fixtures

Support production and warehouse staff in continuous improvement activities


More about you

Between 3-5 years of experience in similar role/field

Background in electronics, mechatronics, maintenance or test in a manufacturing environment

Experience in commissioning, controls, maintenance, instrumentation, robotics, automation or machine building

Communicate effectively, being able to tailor content and clearly explain complex solutions to a broad audience

Logical and process driven
