Process Engineer

to join our dynamic team and lead transformative projects that enhance performance, reduce costs, and boost competitiveness.

About the Role




As a key change agent, you'll coordinate and drive development initiatives across the factory, focusing on process improvement, technical support, and adherence to corporate standards. You'll also play a vital role in product development, using CAD tools to deliver cost-effective and high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage innovation and improvement projects across the factory. Analyse and enhance manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality. Design and optimise tooling and products using CAD (SolidWorks). Facilitate and document meetings to maintain project control and alignment. Reduce non-value-added activities and standard times. Conduct and participate in Process/Design FMEA. Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent solutions. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Support capital investment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For



Strong knowledge of

CAD software

, especially

SolidWorks

. Experience with

ERP systems

(Syspro, Sage preferred). Minimum

HNC/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering

or equivalent Proven

project management experience

. Familiarity with

Lean Manufacturing

and

DMAIC

methodologies. Green/Black Belt certification is a plus. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator with the ability to influence and motivate change. Proactive and resilient in a fast-paced factory environment.
