About the Role


As a

Process Engineer

, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations--optimising processes, improving efficiency, and driving innovation across extrusion, fabrication, and compounding. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technical excellence and lead projects that enhance performance and product quality.

What you'll be doing

Understand and analyse process variables to improve product characteristics Optimise manufacturing parameters from raw material to final packaging Lead troubleshooting and implement solutions to reduce downtime and scrap Define SOPs and best practices for extrusion line setup and shutdown Support and develop Shift Technicians, providing clear technical guidance Own and deliver improvement projects aligned with key KPIs (OEE, Scrap, Overweight) Collaborate with HSE, Quality, CI, Engineering, and Maintenance teams Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new technologies

What we're looking for

Deep understanding of polymers and extrusion processes Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Experience with CI methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Ishikawa) Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels Project management capability and a proactive mindset IT proficiency (Microsoft Suite essential; Power BI and advanced Excel a plus) Open to change and passionate about continuous improvement
