Key Responsibilities

Analyze and improve construction processes to enhance efficiency and quality Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to streamline workflows Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve project timelines Support the adoption of new tools and technologies for better outcomes Ensure all processes align with safety standards and industry regulations
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) Relevant work experience in process improvement or construction Strong understanding of construction methods and project workflows Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
