What you'll be doing:
Lead performance optimisation initiatives by identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing plant improvements
Partner with operations teams to upgrade equipment and optimise settings while securing strong supplier guarantees
Develop business cases for recycling sector growth and create technical designs including PFDs, mass flow analyses, and facility layouts
Coordinate design progression with stakeholders and evaluate plant/machine performance
Ensure regulatory compliance and industry standard adherence
Deliver clear technical communications through professional reports and presentations
What we're looking for:
Minimum of 4 years' experience in engineering (Mechanical, Process, Industrial, or Electrical) or waste management and recycling sector.
Proven track record in developing feasibility studies and business cases for projects
Strong background in sorting/recycling processes and related industries
