As a

Process Engineer

, you will play a critical role in optimising our manufacturing operations by driving continuous improvement, leading preventive maintenance programmes, and fostering a culture of quality and operational excellence.

You'll take the lead in managing our

CMMS (Limble)

system, crafting robust

preventive maintenance plans

, developing

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

using

SCRIBE

, and enabling

autonomous maintenance

strategies across the shop floor.

This is not just a technical role--it's a leadership opportunity to influence change, empower teams, and improve safety, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities



Lead

Lean manufacturing

initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline processes. Manage and optimise

CMMS (Limble)

for preventive maintenance scheduling and compliance. Create and maintain

SOPs

and

Work Instructions

using SCRIBE, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all. Train and coach production operators on

autonomous maintenance

, fault diagnosis, and process routines. Collaborate with engineering, production, and compliance teams on root cause analysis and process improvements. Monitor and report on

equipment reliability KPIs

, downtime trends, and process efficiency. Maintain accurate ERP engineering data (routings, standard times, production flows) to support planning and costing. Support new equipment installations and upgrades with process analysis and training.

Qualifications & Experience



Essential

:

Mechanical Engineering background with hands-on manufacturing experience. Experience with CMMS software (preferably Limble) and preventive maintenance.

Desirable



Yellow/Green Belt in Lean or CI; familiarity with SCRIBE for SOP creation. : Experience training or coaching within a manufacturing setting.

Skills & Knowledge



Sound understanding of mechanical systems, maintenance routines, and fault diagnostics. Proficient in Lean tools (e.g., root cause analysis, visual management, 5S, Kaizen). Skilled in documentation, training delivery, and engaging cross-functional teams. Comfortable working with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and technical software.
