Support Production Manager in ensuring that the KPIs for safety, environment, quality and production are met and help to manage the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the production department. Supporting the Production Manager in setting standards and best practices in the to meet these targets. Coordinate and prioritize all corrective, preventative & predictive maintenance day work activities in the production area through the Q4 EPTW system. Coordinate with electrical and mechanical maintenance planners and ensure that all necessary permits are issued and in place to allow efficient use of maintenance day work time. Coordinate and prioritize all corrective, preventative & predictive maintenance shut work activities in the production area through the Q4 EPTW system. Coordinate with electrical and mechanical maintenance planners and ensure that all necessary permits are issued and in place to allow efficient use of maintenance shut down time. As defined by the Production Manager follow up all TPM activities for the production department. Provide technical leaderships for operators within their areas of responsibility. Monitor paper characteristics and optimize consumable usage (Starch, dye, size etc...). work with Lab department on new products and chemical trials as required. Drive and coordinate together with technical office installation of new equipment Participate in the Production Area On Call Rota. Data analysis and fault finding, monitoring processes and identifying potential issues.
