You will be responsible for
analyzing, designing, and optimizing production processes
to improve efficiency, product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance. The role also requires strong
data analytics capability
, including the creation of
reporting dashboards and KPI tracking tools
to support data-driven decision-making.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping scalable manufacturing systems while contributing to continuous improvement across the business.
Duties
Conduct
root cause analysis
to identify process inefficiencies and implement robust, sustainable solutions.
Create, interpret, and verify
technical drawings, process flow diagrams, and equipment layouts
using
AutoCAD and SolidWorks
to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Design, develop, and optimize
food production, packing, and storage processes
to improve throughput and product quality.
Lead
continuous improvement initiatives
focused on waste reduction, cost efficiency, yield optimization, and performance enhancement.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
(Operations, Quality, R&D, Maintenance, and Supply Chain) to improve both
manufacturing and back-office operational processes
.
Develop
data analytics dashboards and KPI reporting
to monitor production performance, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
Create detailed
process layouts, equipment integration schematics, and workflow diagrams
