Process Improvement Administrator

plays a vital role in supporting the SHEQ function by ensuring the smooth administration of safety, quality, and environmental initiatives across the site.

Working closely with the

SHEQ Manager and the SHEQ Site Coordinator[s]

and wider operational teams, this role ensures that data is accurately captured, reports are generated on time, and improvement actions are tracked and followed through. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about making a difference through structured support and process discipline.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support



Maintain and update SHEQ documentation, including RAMS, SOPs, permits, and audit records. Schedule and coordinate toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions. Record attendance and feedback from SHEQ-related meetings and events. Support the onboarding process with SHEQ induction materials and documentation.

Data Management & Reporting



Input and maintain SHEQ data in systems such as iAuditor/SafetyCulture. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for SHEQ performance metrics. Track and follow up on actions from audits, inspections, and incident investigations. Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.

Process Improvement



Maintain logs of non-conformances (NCRs), near misses, and improvement suggestions. Support root cause analysis by compiling evidence, timelines, and documentation. Monitor completion of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Assist in mapping and documenting processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

Communication & Coordination



Liaise with site teams to gather information and ensure timely submission of reports. Coordinate with QA, logistics, maintenance, and production teams to support SHEQ initiatives. Support the Head of SHEQ and SHEQ Site Coordinator in project planning and implementation.

Essential Criteria



At least 2 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or compliance--preferably with a focus on health and safety or facilities management. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital reporting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Desirable Criteria



Experience supporting SHEQ, quality, or compliance functions. Familiarity with audit software such as iAuditor or SafetyCulture. Understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 standards. Experience in process mapping or continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday



Salary: 12:21 per hour
