Specifically:

Dive into the detail

-- observe how things really work inside manufacturing businesses
?

Take part in client workshops,

contribute ideas, and help capture key insights
?

Collect and analyse data

to find issues and opportunities others miss
?

Help redesign processes,

streamline operations, and turn recommendations into action
?

Support project managers

to keep everything on track and running smoothly
?

Assist with reports, dashboards, and presentations

that show off our work (and results!)
?

Get involved behind the scenes

-- supporting internal projects, systems, and even business development work

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE



We're not looking for someone who just ticks boxes - we want

a go-getter, and someone who is ready to take this role and run with it!



Must-Haves:



?

A relevant degree

with a

minimum of a 2:1 ideally

(Engineering, manufacturing, business, maths etc.)

but if you have got strong practical skills and a passion for problem solving, we would love to hear from you!

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent

verbal and written communication

Comfortable using Microsoft 365
