We're looking for a

Process Management Associate

to join our team in Sunbury. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working with data, and wants to build expertise in customs, import/export processes, and process improvement.




What you'll be doing




Supporting the Process Management team across international logistics processes -- documentation, HMRC requirements, auditing, and reporting. Providing technical support and guidance to clients on import/export procedures and compliance. Preparing and producing detailed reports for HMRC, clients, and management. Compiling and analysing activity data to spot trends and drive process improvements. Liaising with clients and stakeholders to resolve customs-related issues. Keeping up to date with regulations including customs, VAT, and import duty. Occasional travel abroad when required for client meetings and logistics activities. Representing the company with professionalism, customer service, and a proactive mindset.



What we're looking for




Essential Skills & Knowledge




Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure. High attention to detail with a process-oriented approach. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with data. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly

Excel

(pivot tables, lookups, formula building). Background or studies in international business, transportation, or freight.

Mindset




Proactive and solutions focused. Growth-oriented and eager to learn. Inquisitive problem-solver.

Desirable




Knowledge of customs procedures, import duty, and VAT. Experience in process mapping and improvement. Proficiency in French and/or Italian.
