As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring equipment, conducting quality checks, and maintaining production standards.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance Conduct regular inspections of machinery and processes to identify any issues or areas for improvement Maintain accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies to management Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and safety practices Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within an industrial setting Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts as required by operational needs
