*NEW RATES* Process Operative \xe2\x80\x93 Refresco UK \xe2\x80\x93 Bridgwater Job description Job Type: Full Time & Permanent Salary: up to \xc2\xa333,261.67 Shift Pattern: 24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, 12-hour shifts, days and nights. Average of 42 hours per week. About the Role

• Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
• Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines.
• Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
• Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

What are your daily tasks as a Multi-skilled Process Operative?

• Operate standard Process machinery - full training provided.
• Making up of products manually as well as automated
• Ensure the effective running of the Process Plant and successfully delivering product to the Production area.
• Off-loading of tankers and receiving of raw materials into the Process area.
• Complete quality checks, accurately record results, reporting any non-conformances.
• Ability and behaviours to work to strict guidelines and standards.
• Basic sampling of products and materials through the use of lab testing equipment.
• Work as part of a team to ensure that your area and the site is audit-ready at all times.
• Contribute to meeting team and company-wide process targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.
