Process Operator

Hourly Rate: 13.81 + shift premium

What you'll do in the role:


Responsible for day-to-day analysis and consequent actions aiming to improve process stability. Work with the team (Quality Control, Continuous Improvement, Engineering) to ensure all products are produced to the defined specifications. Perform regular housekeeping activities to ensure longevity of equipment, including listening and performing visual checks so that any abnormal issues are detected and addressed and report equipment failure. Offload palettes, replenish raw materials, refill carriages, and minimise sources of waste during routine tasks.



What you'll bring:


Relevant work experience within a manufacturing environment. Maths and English GCSE or equivalent. Good understanding of computer systems such as SAP Positive outlook with a can-do attitude Approachable and able to work in a team or be self-motivated to work alone




It would be an advantage if you also have:


Quality testing and system experience Operational excellence (continuous improvement - white belt training) Experience of shift work including working nights and 12-hour shifts NVQ level 2 Manufacturing Operations FLT Counterbalance license
