The Role



As Process Operator working in the Gas Plant, you will work closely with the Team Leader and other colleagues, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and innovative workplace. You will play a key role in maintaining safety compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture that values accountability, teamwork, and open communication.

Key Responsibilities



Operate and control the CNR Process Gas Plant safely and efficiently, assisting the Team Leader to meet production targets.

Maintain strict safety compliance, including participation in inspections, risk assessments, and managing LOTO (Lock Out, Tag Out) isolation.

Take samples, perform readings, and maintain accurate records to ensure product specification and quality standards are met.

Report plant defects and maintenance needs promptly and perform basic engineering and lubrication duties for asset care.

Drive operational excellence through process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and adherence to housekeeping (5S) standards.

Collaborate effectively with other departments and embody company values by prioritising safety, accountability, and open communication.

Requirements



2 years' experience in a process or production environment.

GCSE or equivalent qualification.

Craft or Process Apprenticeship and/or BTEC National Certificate in Engineering or Process Operations preferred.

Strong technical knowledge and IT skills relevant to process operations.

Commitment to safety protocols and willingness to work overtime as required.

Pay: 32,304.00-34,996.00 per year
