J Price (Bath) Ltd, based in Box is a well-established manufacturing company, producing rubber compounds and rubber moulded goods. As a family run company, we look after each other which is reflected in our staff retention levels.

We are looking for Rubber Moulder.

Work patterns

-

36 - 42 hours per week over 5 Days.

Day Shift - 7.30am to 4.30pm, depending on agreed hours.

The role -

Working in a production environment as part of a team

Moulding rubber parts

Operating manufacturing equipment

Requirements -

Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Physical and mental strength

Self-motivated and good team-player

Holidays -

20 days + Bank holidays if they fall on a day you normally work.

Fixed Holidays: you will be required to take annual leave during company shutdowns, currently, 2 weeks (8 days) in summer and 6 days at Christmas; this may vary from one year to the other.

Salary;

starting at 12.21 per hour after review 12.50 per hour
