We are currently recruiting for a Process Operator to join our dedicated team in Hartlepool.

Key responsibilities:
Operate and monitor process equipment to ensure safe, efficient production
Control the process from the control room, responding effectively to alarms or abnormalities
Conduct routine checks, inspections, and basic maintenance of plant equipment
Always follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Maintain high housekeeping standards across plant areas, equipment, and vehicles
Achieve production and quality targets while supporting environmental and safety goals
Monitor raw material levels and complete required production or incident reports
Support continuous improvement initiatives and team collaboration
Prepare product packaging for next step in production or for final shipment to customer according to department specifications
What we're looking for:
GCSEs or equivalent qualifications (a technical background is an advantage)
Experience in a process or manufacturing environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions
Confident problem-solver with good troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
Basic computer literacy (data entry, logging production data)
The successful candidate must be able to safely carry out manual handling tasks as part of their regular duties.
