What You'll Be Doing

You'll be working as a key member of our production team, operating on the Tongue & Groove (T&G) line - a vital part of our manufacturing process. You'll:

Run and support all aspects of the T&G line (line operation, banding, packing, etc.). Complete regular shift reports, recording key production data. Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working area - including equipment and machinery. Participate in ongoing training to build your skills across the department. Follow all health and safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents. Liaise with the Production Manager on equipment condition or any issues affecting production. Support colleagues during holidays, sickness, training, or maintenance periods.

Required Skills and Experience:

Valid

Forklift Truck Licence, however training can be provided.

Basic

IT skills

, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Able to work a 4-shift pattern, including 12-hour shifts (days & nights).
