Your Tasks



Operate as a member of a team on the T&G line. Ensure that the work place, equipment, vehicles and machinery are maintained in a clean and tidy condition. Undertake a comprehensive training programme to be able to run every aspect of the T&G line (e.g. line operation, banding, packing). To attend any further training courses as required. Complete shift reports detailing production and any information as required. Observe and comply with all safety precautions as detailed in the Health and Safety procedures and ensure that safety equipment is in good order and used at all times. Ensure that the operation and related tasks are conducted in a safe working manner and that any incidents/ accidents and hazards are duly reported. Observe and comply with the Company Quality Systems as detailed in the Quality Manual. Liaise with the Production Manager Cutting and Profiling with regard to the condition of the T&G equipment or production problems. When required, provide support for holiday/ sickness/ training/ maintenance cover, to help maximise production output and efficiency.

Our Requirements



Fork Lift Truck Licence Basic standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel and Outlook).
