We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Process Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing principles, as well as experience in materials handling and packaging. The Process Operator will work closely to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

To operate and work in the Tablet Room to accurately process raw materials to BMR requirements and GMP Standards whilst working to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Process raw materials to BMR requirements Work to SOP and GMP standards Checking weights against BMR(s). Responsible for checking each stage against BMR. Ensure H&S and quality of product are adhered to. Report all deficiencies, defects for product or machinery problems. Keep your work area clean and tidy ensuring a safe working environment. Wear PPE as instructed and as directed by the signs in the area of work/BMR's. Dispensing, Granulation, Compression Film/Sugar coating or tablets, creams, and liquid manufacturing of BMR requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Experienced material handling equipment is a plus. Background in quality control is an advantage. Knowledge of machining processes is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs. Pay: 12.50-15.26 per hour
