Heler Foods Packing, Minffordd - our high-care, high-performance packing facility, where we take pride in every detail to deliver quality, consistency and care.

Salary:

13.20 per hour

Contract:

4 on / 4 off | 7am-7pm | Permanent

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a

skilled and proactive Process Technician

to join our team at

Heler Foods Packing, Minffordd

.

In this role, you will:
Operate production lines in accordance with Safety and Quality SOPs Monitor, adjust and troubleshoot machinery to maintain consistent output Complete required food safety, hygiene and quality checks accurately and on time Conduct online quality checks and report any issues following site procedures Maintain a clean, organised and safe production environment

Experience working in a production, manufacturing or FMCG environment (desirable) Technical capability to operate production lines and complete basic troubleshooting A collaborative mindset and the ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team Behaviours aligned to our values:

Level 2 Food Hygiene certification (essential)
