Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Worker to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products while adhering to strict food safety standards. This position requires a strong understanding of HACCP principles and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Duties

Operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure efficient processing. Follow all HACCP guidelines to maintain food safety and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of products and equipment to identify any issues or malfunctions. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in the packaging and labelling of finished products for distribution. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience

Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety practices is highly desirable. Proficiency in basic maths for inventory management and product measurements is required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
