Loch Duart is looking for reliable and hardworking Processing Operatives to join our team at our Processing Factory in Dingwall. No experience is required - full training is provided.
You will work as part of a team handling fresh salmon and trout. Your duties may include:
Feeding and supporting the production line Gutting, washing, and grading fish Tagging and boxing products Chill work (icing, lidding, banding, palletising) Filleting
This is a physical, hands-on role in a chilled environment and involves regular manual handling.
