At Fletchers Solicitors, were looking for a skilled Proclaim Systems Developer to play a key role in shaping, maintaining, and enhancing our Management Information systems and workflow solutions. Youll contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects, incident resolutions, and service requests that directly support our operational and legal teamshelping to drive performance improvements and align with our strategic goals.
Working within an Agile framework, youll collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, analysts, and transformation teams to deliver innovative solutions across the full project lifecycle, from concept to delivery. Main Responsibilities
:
Proclaim Development:
Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications and systems under the guidance of senior developers. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
Advanced Development:
Manage data integration and automation by configuring Web/REST services for case data exchange, handling data imports/exports via templates and SQL queries, and overseeing task server setup, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
Agile Collaboration:
Working in an Agile framework, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning/refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Work collaboratively with product owners, Project Managers and Business Analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
System Maintenance & Support:
Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of existing systems. Help identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks to ensure the smooth operation of production systems.
Documentation:
Contribute to the documentation of code, processes, and solutions for future reference. Ensure that work is appropriately documented to support ongoing development and team knowledge sharing.
Quality Assurance:
Help write tests and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and reliability.
Project Delivery:
Work collaboratively to deliver projects on time, from initiation and requirement gathering through to testing, stakeholder acceptance, and closure. Coordinate with the Project team to manage availability, track progress, resolve issues, and capture lessons learned.
