The Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Estimating Manager to oversee our small works and quotation delivery functions. This is a key operational role within our management team, responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of quoted works, from client enquiry through to completion and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services, a commercial mindset, and proven experience managing a quotation and procurement department. You will ensure that all pre-works are delivered efficiently on budget, and to Hybrid's high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Works Delivery Function - Oversee day-to-day across multiple client sites.

Quotation & Tender Management - Lead the preparation, review, and submission of quotes and tenders, ensuring competitive pricing and technical accuracy.

Material Procurement - Source and order materials and subcontract services efficiently, ensuring compliance with budgets and project timelines.

Collaboration - Work closely with the CSD, Engineers, and Finance teams to ensure smooth scheduling, invoicing, and reporting.

Performance Tracking - Monitor job progress through our CAFM system, ensuring all documentation, risk assessments, and completion reports are accurate and up to date.

Commercial Awareness - Identify opportunities for efficiency, upselling, and value engineering within the works delivery portfolio.

Health & Safety - Ensure all works are delivered in line with Hybrid's safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Customer Focused - Providing customer proposals in a bespoke and suitable manner to meet customer requirements.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years' experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) or Facilities Management.

Proven experience managing quotations, tenders, and small works projects.

Strong commercial and financial understanding of FM operations.

Experience ordering materials, managing suppliers, and overseeing subcontractors.

Knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, and minor project delivery.

Excellent organisational and communication skills with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.

Proficient in CAFM systems, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools.

Renumeration - 42,000 - 50,000 PA
