Summary
We are seeking a Procurement/administrator to join our dynamic general works team at JBS Mechanical Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
Printing off tenders and noting the return dates
Saving documents to our internal system Office Net.
Managing engineers diaries by way of booking appointments with the general public.
Registering warranties for Boilers & Air source heat pumps with manufacturers
Producing documents and handover packs to clients.
Obtaining quotations for materials and placing orders.
Day to day deal raising oath engineers for materials.
Booking in repairs.
Checking & signing off timesheets
Requirements
You must have experience of working for a company in the construction trade where you have placed orders and managed engineers diaries previously.
Building or plumbing merchant/supplier background advantageous but not essential.
Ability to multi task.
Excellent IT & numeracy skills
