Where will you be working?





At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.



We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.



Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?





You'll support various aspects of the procurement process, including the preparation, tracking, and matching of purchase orders with invoices and delivery notes. You will play a key part in resolving discrepancies related to purchase orders in collaboration with the finance shared service centre. Additionally, you'll liaise with suppliers to confirm orders, monitor delivery timelines, and address any issues that may arise.



Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate supplier records, such as contact details and contracts, while ensuring all procurement data is precisely inputted into internal systems. Regular monitoring and updating of procurement records will be essential to guarantee their accuracy and completeness.



You'll assist in analysing costs to identify potential savings opportunities and prepare cost comparison reports to support procurement decisions. Adherence to company policies within the procurement processes will be a critical aspect of your work. Moreover, you'll maintain well-organised records to facilitate audits and reviews.



You'll provide administrative support by managing schedules and responding to procurement-related inquiries, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.



What you'll bring?


+ We'll need you to be confident in working with numbers, performing calculations, and analysing data.
+ You'll have exceptional accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
+ You'll have strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
+ Clear, professional, and confident communication, both written and verbal.
+ You'll be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new IT systems.
+ Proactive and resourceful in resolving issues and addressing supplier queries.
+ You'll have experience in an administrative role
+ Procurement Knowledge (advantageous, not essential): Familiarity with procurement processes and terminology is a plus.
