PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR - SES



SES Engineering Services are recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join our regional team in Leeds, supporting the delivery of high-profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

ABOUT THE ROLE



In the role as Procurement Administrator attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively will be key to the success of our procurement function. You will be responsible for supporting the team in ensuring procurement processes run smoothly to help the organisation achieve its operational and strategic goals



As Procurement Administrator, you will be responsible for:



Provide administrative support for the procurement function, including managing and updating supply chain price files and agreements and placing overhead orders. Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records Producing reports, presentations & documentation to support procurement activities when required Facilitating the onboarding process for new suppliers and overseeing the procurement inbox Coordinating travel & meetings for the team Perform general office duties as required
