Working with world-class brands as a Procurement Administrator you'll be managing day-to-day category requirements for Vending, Print Management and stationary/office equipment ensuring supplier performance and competitiveness and implementation and use by stores.

What you'll do day to day




Support procurement and category management by assisting Heads of Procurement and Category Managers, managing appointment calendars, raising Purchase Orders, and resolving invoice queries Maintain compliance and documentation by ensuring up-to-date records for Fire Risk Assessments, PAT testing, vendor certifications, and contracts through efficient databases and filing systems Monitor performance metrics by running reports on spending, overseeing service level agreements, and helping maintain a Preferred Supplier list to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes Facilitate scheduled requirements by coordinating and managing bookings for health surveillance, PAT testing, and other scheduled services while addressing potential supply issues Assist with special projects by providing support for team activities and contributing to special projects as either a lead or team member to enhance procurement operations

A focused individual with strong attention to detail Strong organisational skills Ability to be flexible to deliver business needs Experience in managing multiple business needs and the ability to prioritise in a fast moving and changing environment, flex workload and ensure key activities are managed correctly and on time to ensure delivery to the business. Ability to simultaneously work with multiple team members to co-ordinate and support activities Experience of working in a fast-paced Procurement environment
