We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to work within Social Housing / Property Services with the current experience of the skills listed below. This is a great opportunity for a driven candidate.

Skills, knowledge & experience:

Proven experience in a Procurement Analyst or similar role within property or facilities management. Strong analytical and data modelling skills; advanced Excel skills are essential. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work autonomously. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Track record of delivering commercial insight and supporting successful negotiations and tenders. Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting in an evolving procurement environment. Strong commercial awareness and a proactive mindset. Knowledge of sustainability and ESG factors in procurement. Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) - desirable Experience in helping implement or improve procurement systems or frameworks. - desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
