We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to support one of our key clients. This role is central to managing procurement activities, coordinating logistics and freight, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
You'll work closely with our Project Manager and internal team to manage quoting, purchasing, invoicing, freight coordination, and order tracking - ensuring all moving parts stay aligned and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Request and consolidate product specifications from the internal team.
Actively source and evaluate new suppliers for various stock and bespoke items.
Maintain organised records of all specs, quotes, and approvals, both internally and with the client.
Confirm supplier quotes and coordinate invoicing with the internal accounts team.
Monitor and manage order and delivery timelines, aligning them with container schedules and broader project milestones.
Coordinate freight logistics, including:
Booking container space in advance with freight forwarders.
Completing commercial invoices and shipping documents.
Understanding the customs clearance process and required documentation.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Monday.com, or Notion.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in procurement, supply chain coordination, or logistics (preferred).
Strong understanding of freight processes, customs documentation, and commercial invoicing.
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with international shipping, Incoterms, and freight cost management.
Nice to Have
Experience working in a client-facing or agency-style environment.
