, you will play a central role in supporting OSKA's procurement, logistics, and operational workflows. You will manage supplier relationships, maintain stock levels, track deliveries, and ensure internal processes run efficiently. This position requires strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills to keep operations running smoothly across the business.
Duties
Proactively manage purchasing and procurement activities, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
Act as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal teams to support seamless operations.
Manage shortage reports and take action to maintain appropriate stock levels.
Ensure prompt and accurate processing of POs, order tracking, and supplier follow-ups.
Chase overdue orders and expedite deliveries to minimise operational delays.
Maintain strong communication with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Servicing teams to support delivery and product-related queries.
Manage supplier complaints and quality issues professionally.
Own and improve procurement processes to meet business requirements.
Update internal systems accurately and in a timely manner.
Oversee orders from placement through to delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Take responsibility for supplier relationships, reporting accuracy, and inventory control.
Provide departmental support during periods of leave within Servicing and Customer Service.
Identify opportunities for efficiencies across procurement and logistics.
Use reporting tools and data to monitor procurement performance and suggest improvements.
Manage stock take reports and aged debt reports to support informed business decisions.
Experience
Previous experience in operations coordination, procurement, or supply chain management
Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines
