Main purpose of Role:
To manage ordering and control of key components including administration.
Responsibilities for procurement and ensuring supply of goods to production is maintained to a high standard.
Retain communication to both internal and external customers in a professional manner.
Forecasting goods from suppliers based on data and sales.
Primary Objectives:
Prep data for the German parts forecast
Partially invoice queries
Placing call off order with key suppliers
Long lead time item control
Creating new items in the system
Man the purchasing phone calls
Maintain weekly stock checks of raw material based on count sheets from production
Place purchase order for key components
Call off materials from key suppliers
Prepare and supervise Good In ongoing PI counts and periodic stock takes
Order parts and operators for our German Partners/Suppliers
Order roller parts - must be done with roller support
Goods In booking in
Administration of daily requisition sheets from production
Prep data for ordering stock doors
Estimate usages for main door components
Secondary Objectives:
Control measures in minimising excess and obsolete stock
Support stores where required, especially in stock control on PI activities
Support and deliver continuous improvement
Support all company stock takes
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Manufacturing / Warehouse processes
FLT License (or willing to obtain FLT License)
Stock Control
Excellent IT Skills
Good written and verbal communication
