Key Responsibilities
As a Procurement Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Handling queries from engineers and raising purchase orders (POs)
Processing invoices using Xero and our internal CRM system
Liaising with suppliers to assist with orders
Supporting stock management
Updating customer accounts
Carrying out general office duties
Assisting teams across the organisation as required
Skills and Experience
We're looking for someone with previous experience within a procurement department who can bring:
Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
Experience in the central heating or construction industry (advantageous but not essential)
Good IT skills, with confidence using Excel, Word, and similar software
A strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
A flexible, adaptable approach and the ability to manage a busy workload
A willingness to support both office and field-based teams
A desire to learn, develop, and progress within the business

Qualifications
A qualification in Business Administration or a related field would be advantageous.
