A renowned brand within the telecommunications space is growing its Procurement function and recruiting a new Procurement Business Partner.

As Procurement Business Partner, reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will work in the utility arm of the business leading the entire Smart Meter Category.

You will be instrumental in devising, embedding and implementing category strategy and will develop new products and partners for the business in an ever-changing industry.

The company has seen some major transformations of late and this is a relatively new area of the business. Therefore, the business needs someone adaptable that can partner with senior stakeholders within your respective field.

As Procurement Business Partner you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the sourcing strategy across the Water spends, including the development of new products / partners to meet the companies needs in an evolving industry.
  • Supporting third-party elements of the business\xe2\x80\x99s strategic growth and customer bids (Water Industry, Energy & Gas Industry, Broadcast plus new markets / opportunities in environmental controls).
  • Accountable for all Water spend across the business, defining and executing procurement strategies in support of the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s Executive Committee.
  • Providing cross-functional leadership in identifying and executing opportunities for value in Water spend.
