Job Title: e-Procurement System Specialist

37.5 hrs./week (Full-time), Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Pay Rate:

23.82/hr. + Holiday Pay ? 27.17/hr.

Contract Type:

6-month minimum (Possible extension)

Job Purpose:

Are you experienced in e-Procurement systems, particularly

Atamis

? Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an

e-Procurement System Specialist

to manage and optimize our

Atamis

system. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical skills to ensure smooth operations during procurement and tendering, contributing to the efficiency of the NHS procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:

Update and manage the

Atamis

e-Procurement system. Ensure accurate tracking of contracts and workplans during procurement stages. Provide training and support to system users. Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth procurement processes.

What We're Looking For:

Experience with

e-Procurement systems

(ideally

Atamis

). Strong IT skills and ability to navigate complex systems. Experience in an

NHS or public sector

environment is a plus.
