Join AB Neo as a Procurement Specialist and take ownership of raw material purchasing and stock management at our site in Denmark. You'll work hands-on with suppliers, support contract negotiations, and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring smooth operations and avoiding stockouts. This role offers real impact on profitability and the chance to shape our growing supply chain in close collaboration with an international team within AB Neo, part of the wider AB Agri and ABF network.




What you'll be doing:




Purchasing raw materials to ensure continuous supply Preparing and managing requests for quotations (RFQs). Supporting negotiations on pricing and contract terms with suppliers. Contributing to cost-reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements. Approving and managing supplier relationships. Ensuring consistent raw material coverage. Monitoring stock levels to maintain the right balance. Tracking daily variances and preventing stock-outs. Collaborating closely with other internal functions to ensure smooth communication and coordination.



What you'll bring:


Extensive and hands-on experience in procurement or purchasing. Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS office applications. Effective ability to manage raw material purchasing and stock control. Experience supporting cost-reduction initiatives and supplier approval processes. Effective communication and collaboration across different business functions.
