The developer specialises in creating prime properties for private clients and investors. The focus is on delivering exceptional quality for highly bespoke projects on time and within budget. Job description:

As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for all interior design projects. You will work closely with the project managers, design team, and suppliers to ensure that materials and services are sourced, purchased, and delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will be expected to take a hands-on approach and work closely with our design team to identify the best materials and finishes for each project.

  • Work closely with our project managers and design team to understand project requirements and develop procurement strategies.
  • Source and procure materials, finishes, and services in line with project requirements and budgets.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favourable contract terms.
  • Manage the procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Ensure that all materials and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with our design team to identify the best materials and finishes for each project.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure ongoing quality and service.
  • Manage and track project budgets and costs, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Skills necessary:
  • Proven experience in procurement management, preferably but not essential within the construction or interior design industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to work collaboratively with the design team.
  • A degree or diploma in procurement, business administration, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
